Rorsh by cwalton73 Rorsh by cwalton73
"Rorsh cares nothing for goals or sides in the battles wracking western Immoren and offers his services for reasonable payment and no questions asked. He carries his lever-action pig iron and a fondness for explosives from one battlefield to the next. His greatest weapon is the gargantuan bipedal fighting boar Brine, whom Rorsh takes particular delight in unleashing to rend enemies limb from limb."

More from the upcoming Hordes expansion, Metamorphosis.

Add one part "A Fist Full of Dynamite", one part The-Pig-With-No-Name and season liberally with Lee Marvin; out'll pop Rorsh - one of my favorites of the new Minion Lesser Warlocks that will be in Metamorphosis.

You don't see many pig-men/mercenarys on an art website, but you've perfected it already!! =D
He reminds me of a senile (<--Sorry if I misspelled it) old pig mixed with a knowledgable explosives sabotage expert =D
Keep up the good work

I'm sure he'll be my favorite too. I'm just itching to get my hands on the model. I mean, how cool is a pig with a revolver, goggles, and dynamite? Too cool for this planet, that's for damn certain. :)

Soooo cool. I was SO very happy to hear that there was some Farrow love comin', but then when I saw the minis at Gencon, I was floored even more. You did SUCH a great job on this fellow's details, you've really pulled the "grime" through for it, something every farrow should aspire to.

*OINK!*

Very cool. The fuse on the stick of dynamite is a little hard to read, but essential for reading it as "a stick of dynamite". I'm assuming this is designed for sculpting?

Love the long coat with the pauldrons and the crossed belts. Nice stuff!

Yeah, the fuse is a little hard to read on the model as well. He's earned the nickname of "the sausage-thrower" around the office. :) But I still think he's pretty cool. Though, I guess that's equivalent of your mom thinking you're cool...

I like the dynamite because it feeds into the subtle western theme... maybe if it was a bundle of dynamite sticks, like three, fuses twisted together and then wrapped to the body?

Still tough to convey at an inch high. If I was going back, I'd probably give him a bundle with a little timer on it. That'd convey the idea, but I'd lose the image of him lighting the fuse with his cigar...then I'd be a sad panda...Oh, well...he's sculpted and "in the can" now, no moving backward...only forward.
